Through a series of 3, 1 on 1 sessions, JAX will work with you to dive into the way you move in your workouts, daily life and weeks. Learn a deeper understanding of your 6 fundamental movement patterns, the rate of perceived exertion and tapering your workouts for the greatest benefit to you.

Work one on one with Jax for one hour. The focus is always on your fitness goals with workouts curated specifically for you. Jax will focus on guiding you through proper form and technique while helping you feel the mind to muscle connection.
