JAXFitness is something I've been working on for quite some time. As I've developed, grown and figured out who I am, so has my idea of business and what I want to offer. Ultimately - JAXFitness came down to building community with like minded individuals that are willing and eager to make positive changes in their lives to live a better, well rounded lifestyle. ​

I realized that I crave community - and so do the majority of humans. When you live somewhere for a period of time, and you start to recognize familiar faces - the person at the coffee shop who knows your name, the people you see regularly at the gym the same time as you becomes a sense of comfort that we truly appreciate.

My name is Josh. I've been teaching yoga for 12 years and I love to share this magical practice with the people in my classes. I found yoga shortly after a career change away from the corporate sector. Yoga has helped me find my "Flow State", a state of being where time disappears and nothing else matters but what is happening right at that moment. I love sharing the many styles of yoga I am trained in, from power yoga to relaxing restorative yoga. There is style for everyone! I can't wait for you to join a practice with me!

With a robust background in fitness instruction, I have successfully led groups ranging from 10 to 40 individuals and provided personalized training sessions for clients spanning ages 15 to 95. My expertise includes teaching kickboxing, strength training, and HIIT classes, where I meticulously tailor workouts to accommodate diverse fitness levels and objectives. This experience has sharpened my ability to inspire and motivate groups while ensuring each individual receives targeted guidance to achieve optimal health and fitness outcomes.

A mom of two teens who loves to stay active and enjoys the outdoors. When I’m not coaching, teaching or being a Mom you can find me running on the dirt trails or hiking up a mountain. I love camping, hiking, watching movies and trying new things. Things most people might not know about me, I’ve run 100 miles through the mountains, I’ve raced the Obstacle racing World Championships twice and I became a Grandma at 40.

As a Veteran Trainer with extensive experience, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds over the years. My deep-rooted passion for fitness and health drives me to understand each individual’s unique needs and aspirations. Through this journey, I have honed my ability to quickly identify the lifestyle changes that resonate most with my clients. By tailoring personalized fitness plans, I aim to help them not only achieve their goals but also cultivate a vibrant and fulfilling life. I believe that sustainable change comes from finding joy in the process, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients every step of the way. Together, we can create a positive and empowering environment that encourages growth, resilience, and overall well-being. I look forward to continuing this rewarding journey with each individual, fostering a community where everyone can shine.

I have been teaching Zumba fitness for over fourteen years and love that this fitness format combines my years of competitive and professional dance training with my love for music and fitness. I believe that Zumba should be accessible to everyone, regardless of dance or fitness ability and my classes offer a safe, effective, and inclusive workout with a healthy dose of fun. I am also licensed to teach Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao. I look forward to dancing with you!

I have a strong passion for guiding and instructing individuals through their yoga practice. I love to explore different postures throughout practice and invite some playfulness into my classes.

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the last 10. After my first yoga teacher training I was hooked. I have traveled the world to study with some of the best teachers and continue to do trainings each year. My approach to teaching is to create safe spaces for students to challenge themselves and learn something new. I teach everything from inversions and arm balances to a gentle Yin and everything between. I make sure I practice what I preach, stepping onto my mat for my own practice every day.

Hello! My name is Jenn.
I've been teaching yoga for the last decade and through my journey I've found the most joy in leading classes that focus on creating balance in my clients bodies. I am passionate about functional movement that helps my clients strengthen and stretch the areas of their bodies that start to hurt from day to day activities. Along with movement, I also value mental health, self care and include simple breathing techniques and mediations into my classes. My goal is to create a supportive and accessible environment for my clients so they leave the classe feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of their day!
